In order to successfully leverage the existing and potential opportunities brought on by this technology shift, the Board of Directors of Karnov Group has resolved to engage Steve Obenski as Senior AI Advisor to the Board of Directors. The Senior AI Advisor will assist the Board of Directors in strategy and capital allocation, as Karnov Group seeks to maximise the return on its AI investments for its shareholders.

 

Steve Obenski has a legal background and has for the past several years worked internationally as a consultant and advisor to AI companies, including various Legal Tech startups. Previously, he has served as the General Manager of Thomson Reuters’ Business Law Solutions. He holds a law degree from UCLA, a M.A. in International Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and an A.B. from Brown.
