“For the last eight years, I had the privilege to be the CFO of Karnov Group, a job that I found absolutely fantastic. I am very proud of what we have accomplished in those years and that I have been involved in a short part of Karnov’s long history. It has nevertheless been a very interesting part of the company’s history, with many important milestones. Among those milestones we had two ownership changes where the last one ended up with Karnov being publicly listed on Nasdaq Stockholm’s main list in 2019. In this time, we also acquired or invested in more than ten companies around in the Nordics. One of those acquisitions, Norstedt Juridik in 2018, required a lot of post-merger and integration efforts and was a lot of work also on our end. Over these years we have worked very hard internally which has resulted in improved financial numbers and also in more professionalized internal processes along the way. This makes me proud of how we have worked especially in our finance department. I think that now is a good time to hand over the role to Jonas Olin, who will continue building the next part of Karnov history”, says Dora Brink Clausen, outgoing CFO of Karnov Group.

Jonas Olin has most recently held a role as a strategy and finance director at Resurs Bank and as CFO at Resurs Holding. His experience includes building up finance functions in international environments, working for ambitious owners and taking companies public. Jonas also has extensive experience from mergers and acquisitions. His formal education includes a Bachelor’s in economics and Business Administration from University of Lund.
Jonas Olin will join the company on December 1, 2021 and will formally assume the role as Chief Financial Officer on March 1, 2022. Dora Brink Clausen will remain in office until February 28, 2022.
