Corporate governance within Karnov Group
Corporate governance describes how rights and obligations are distributed amongst the company’s various corporate bodies in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations and internal processes. The governance also identifies the systems for decision-making and the structure through which the owners, directly or indirectly, control the company.
Karnov Group AB is a Swedish, public limited liability company. Prior to the listing of the Company’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm, the corporate governance of Karnov was based upon Swedish law as well as internal rules and guidelines. Following the listing, the Company also comply with Nasdaq Stockholm’s Rule Book for Issuers and the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance.
The Corporate Governance Code is fully applied as from the date of the listing and any deviations are reported in the company’s corporate governance report submitted in connection with the annual report for each fiscal year.
